SMS Text Communications (“Bell Alerts”) Terms & Conditions

Bell Alerts are SMS messages that notify customers of product updates and marketing and non-marketing information by Bell as it relates to your Bell products and purchases. By subscribing, you agree to receive marketing messages from Bell and others texting on its behalf, including text messages made with an autodialer, to the telephone number used at the time you sign up to receive such messaging (“opt in”). You are not required to sign up for messaging service as a condition to purchase any goods or service from Bell. 

 

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. In the event that you change or deactivate your mobile number, it is your responsibility to notify Bell at 1-800-FLY-BELL to have your number removed.

 

By subscribing to Bell Alerts, you accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms & Conditions, the BellFlight.com website Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. All terms and conditions are subject to change.

 

How do I subscribe?

The SMS text communications is ONLY available for Bell U.S. customers age 18 years or older. You must have a wireless device of your own, capable of 2-way messaging, be using a participating wireless carrier, and be a wireless carrier service subscriber with text messaging service.


Join Bell Alerts by texting JOIN to the short code 46288. You may receive up to four (4) commercial messages per month.

Upon opting in, you will receive a confirmation text of your subscription to Bell Alerts and you will be asked to confirm your subscription.

 

Is it free?

Your service provider message and data rates may apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier.

 

What if I don't want to receive any more promotional/alert messages?

At any time, you can text "STOP" to the short code 46288. This will prevent you from receiving any future text messages Bell.

 

What if I want help?

Bell Alerts may not be available in all areas at all times and may not continue to work in the event of product, software, coverage or other changes made by your wireless carrier. Bell will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages connected with Bell Alerts. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of Bell control. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered mobile messages.
